Home Uncategorized … sweet potato almond butter muffins…I followed the recipe to a t the first time around and they were delicious. I made them tonight for the second time and made a few changes. I added raisins, instead of swirling the almond butter on top of each muffin before baking, I melted it and added it to the batter. I also used soy milk because I didnt have any almond milk. They are sooo yummy!!
